Server - Job Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers promptly upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Server - Job Requirements
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a server or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
