Job Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

️ Keep Things Running - Perform repairs and replace defective parts on equipment, using hand and power tools, ensuring smooth operations.
Preventive Maintenance Pro - Complete regular preventive maintenance to keep building systems efficient and medical equipment running safely.
Tackle Work Orders - Check and manage work order requests hourly, completing a variety of tasks such as lighting, plumbing, and equipment repairs.
Maintain Systems - Care for building water systems, including softeners, Somat systems (HCC kitchen), and well pressure tanks.
️ Equipment Set-Up & Repair - Set up, test, and repair medical equipment such as special tubs, hospital beds, and wheelchairs.

Qualifications:

Basic computer knowledge.

High school graduate or GED required.

One to two years of related maintenance experience preferred.

Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
