As a Training Zone Coach/Trainer, you will: - Deliver high-quality personal training sessions - Conduct assessments and consultations - Build and maintain an active client roster - Engage members proactively on the floor - Follow up consistently with prospects and clients - Contribute to coaching culture and standards - Support training department growth and visibility - Collaborate with leadership on improvements - Your initiative, professionalism, and presence help set the tone. We're looking for coaches who are: - Self-directed and ownership-minded - Motivated to grow and build clientele - Professional and proactive - Strong in coaching and relationships - Visible and engaged on the floor - Energized by raising standards - You don't just deliver sessions - you build impact. Qualifications - Nationally recognized CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) - CPR/AED/First Aid - Personal training or coaching experience preferred - Strong communication and professionalism - Ability to demonstrate and teach proper technique Compensation - Admin / floor / assessment hours: $19.50-$20/hr - Session commission: 45-60% based on volume/experience - Class pay: $40-$45 - 5 guaranteed admin hours weekly - Growth tied to sessions and client retention - Compensation scales with consistency and contribution to department growth.
