ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect parts and products for quality and functionality, reporting any defects or inconsistencies to the team lead or supervisor. Operate machines or equipment as required for the cutting process, ensuring proper setup, use, and maintenance. Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, including production counts and quality checks. Participate in line changeovers, equipment cleaning, and setup as needed. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a culture of workplace safety and housekeeping (5S). Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address operational concerns.
