Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or other Technical Field with at least four (4) years of Aerospace Quality experience. (Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered). Candidates must have a broad background and knowledge base in quality assurance and control. Must have excellent technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills for reporting and briefing Customers and Sr. Leadership. Must be familiar with MS Office products. Must be familiar with Quality and Aerospace industry standards (ISO9001:2015, AS9100D, CMMI, etc.) and respective principles and processes. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Must be able to travel periodically (approx. 15%) and work some casual overtime. Must have a great work ethic, integrity, accountability and be a team player. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience with Military and FAA Certification efforts is preferred. FAA and Quality authorizations and/or certifications are preferred. Leadership/management experience is preferred.
