Job Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 8AM 5PM (On-site)
Call: 5PM 8AM Weekend call: 8AM 8AM (15% call ratio)
Setting: 50% Outpatient / 50% Inpatient
Average Daily Volume: 8 patients total; 3 hospital-based
Support:
2 Physicians + 1 APP
2 LPNs & 1 MA
Lab & X-ray onsite
EMR: Epic / Connect Care
Procedures:
EEG
EMG
Brain Death Exams
Unofficial Radiologic Exam Interpretation
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Neurology
BLS
Active VA Medical License & DEA
