Intake Specialist (Remote)
We are currently seeking a Remote Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is essential to creating a strong first impression and ensuring a smooth, supportive intake experience.
Position Details
- Location: 100% Remote
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Minnesota Time)
- Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential family law clients
- Conduct initial intakes with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Accurately collect and document client information
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations with attorneys
- Follow up with prospective clients and no shows
- Maintain clear, compassionate communication at all times
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
Qualifications
- Prior experience in legal intake, client services, call center work, or high-empathy sales preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive family law matters with care and discretion
- Excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
- Tech savvy and able to learn CRM and intake systems
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
