We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician with expertise in control wiring and automation systems to support and enhance manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of complex electrical and control systems that power modern production equipment. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installation, integration, and maintenance of electrical control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and associated field devices.
- Interpret and apply electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to support system buildouts and modifications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within automated equipment and control circuits to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Support commissioning and startup of new machinery, ensuring systems meet operational and safety standards.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, changes, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in industrial electrical systems with a focus on control wiring and automation.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and industrial control components.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply complex electrical and control schematics.
- Solid understanding of motor controls, sensors, and low- and medium-voltage systems.
- Proven troubleshooting capability in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Technical training, apprenticeship, or relevant certification preferred.
