We are seeking a Lead Field Superintendent for upcoming large-scale projects in the Wisconsin and Illinois market ($30M-$60M with 12-18 month schedules). As the leader on site, you will own the daily plan, coordinate structural/MEP trades, and drive the construction schedule from start-up through turnover. You'll set the pace for safety, quality, and productivity-partnering with the Project Manager, inspectors, and subcontractors to solve problems quickly and keep the build moving.
Leadership
You'll lead and develop the on-site team-setting clear expectations, coaching field staff and trade partners, and building a high-accountability culture centered on safety, quality, and schedule performance.
