Compensation:
$80,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective and current customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups
- Maintain detailed customer records
- Conduct marketing and prospecting efforts (social media, referrals, community engagement, phone outreach)
- Support customers throughout the claims process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally within the insurance sector or similar industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for marketing and customer engagement.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and obtain necessary licensing if not already licensed.
- Agriculture experience is a plus.
