Summary:
Messerli Kramer, a trusted Twin Cities law firm since 1965, is looking for a full-time Automation Solutions Lead to join our team in Plymouth, MN. The Automation Solutions Lead will lead automation initiatives across business and technology functions, driving solutions from concept through production. This role combines technical project leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on execution to deliver scalable automation solutions leveraging data, workflows, and AI where appropriate.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This role operates in a professional office setting, routinely working with standard office equipment. Generally, due to the nature of this office position, the person in this role would be required to talk and hear, sit or stand for long period of time, and use their hands and fingers, to handle and feel. Wage Disclaimer: The starting wage for this position is $90,000-$125,000/year
