Requirements
- 10+ years of sophisticated patent litigation experience from a nationally respected law platform.
- Trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation experience is preferred along with some IP transactional experience.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Client-focused, team-oriented, entrepreneurial personality with stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a unique opportunity for a junior or more experienced partner level attorney to step right in and handle the firm's excess capacity. NO PORTABLE BUSINESS REQUIRED
