What You Will Do

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package with a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
