Mountain Emergency Physicians is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team providing coverage at one of two locations:

• Frye Regional Medical Center Hickory, NC

• UNC Health Caldwell Lenoir, NC

We are a local, independent physician group with over 30 years of service in the community. Our providers value teamwork, autonomy, and having a meaningful voice in clinical operations. This is an excellent opportunity to practice Emergency Medicine within a stable, physician-led, independent group serving one of two well-established community hospitals in Western North Carolina.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60-$70 per hour depending on experience

• Quarterly Bonus Potential

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• Strong clinical judgment and team-oriented approach
