Job Description

Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time Remote Paducah, KY

Join a fully remote pediatric therapy model designed to support both clinicians and families through structured telehealth care, not just virtual visits.

At Atlas Kids, an H2 Health Company, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), you will deliver meaningful, evidence-based care in a fully remote setting while building strong relationships with children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

This is a fully remote telehealth role with structured sessions and caregiver involvement, not a traditional outpatient setting.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. We focus on helping children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through individualized, child-centered care delivered through telehealth and caregiver-guided interventions.

Your Role:

  • Deliver personalized pediatric physical therapy through a fully remote telehealth model
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for an onsite Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supporting patient care
  • Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence
  • Provide virtual coaching and education to parents and caregivers to support carryover in the home environment
  • Utilize engaging, play-based strategies adapted for virtual sessions
  • Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team members in a virtual team environment
  • Participate in ongoing clinical development and peer collaboration

Requirements

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license required or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapy
  • Pediatric experience required
