Position Description Work Dates Needed: ASAC - ongoing Preferred Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Days, Nights, and Weekends Worksite Setting: Hospital Scope of Work: Emergency Room Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ABEM/ABOM, FL License, FL DEA, ACLS, PALS EMR: Meditech Pay Rate Preferred: $290/hr Provider cannot live within 50 miles of the facility Provider must be flexible to days, nights, and weekends
