This individual will play a critical role in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring clients receive outstanding support and that the cases move efficiently through each stage.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of per-litigation PI filesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentationDraft correspondence, demand packages, pleadings, and settlement documentsCoordinate lien resolution and disbursement processmaintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management softwareQualifications:Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbout CompanyA multi-specialty firm located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
