Director of Perioperative Services

Magee Resource Group is conducting a search for a Director of Perioperative Services in the Northeast. This leader will report directly to the CNO and step into a stable, highly engaged environment with significant opportunity to grow surgical services across both hospital and ambulatory settings.

This team is looking for a high-performing, visible, and relationship-focused leader to build on an already strong foundation.

Scope includes:

• 16 ORs on the main campus
• 4 CVORs with an active heart program
• Robust robotics program
• Multiple ASCs, with expansion planned
• Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing

You'll lead five managers and partner with a business colleague on operations, finance, and growth.

The CNO wants someone who is a people person transparent, credible with physicians, and comfortable leading in a complex environment.

Requirements

• RN license (or ability to obtain)
• BSN required; Master's preferred
• Progressive perioperative leadership experience
• Background in larger OR platforms; CV and robotics exposure ideal
• Proven ability to develop teams and lead change
