Forklift Operator - OSHA Certified, Direct Hire Role

Are you a skilled forklift operator with specific experience handling Roll Clamps ? We are looking for a reliable, highly skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in a leadership support capacity. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a growing logistics firm in Richmond, VA.

Required Qualification:

• Must have 2+ years of experience operating a Roll Clamp forklift. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered for this opening.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 4-day rotating schedule (weekend availability required)

The Role:

• Safely operate Roll Clamp, reach lifts, and order selectors to maintain warehouse flow.
• Act as a facilitator for special projects and train Level I Associates.
• Accurately receive, sort, and palletize inbound products from ocean containers and trailers.
• Perform inventory cycle counting, location changes, and troubleshoot order discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with a focus on quality and productivity.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Roll Clamp, sit-down forklifts, and stand-up reach lifts.
• At least 3 years total in a warehouse environment with RF Scanner experience.
• Current OSHA Lift Truck Certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for the duration of the shift.
• High school diploma and the ability to follow English written/verbal instructions.
