Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.

  • Provide direct patient care using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.

  • Supervise and support a team of therapists and assistants, ensuring high-quality care and efficient clinic operations.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

  • Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

  • Current Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).

  • Previous outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Passion for mentoring staff and driving patient-centered outcomes.
