The Director of Digital Content, Marketing and Loyalty will lead the strategy and execution of our digital ecosystem to drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, conversion and long-term loyalty. This role is responsible for shaping a cohesive, data-driven digital approach across content, performance marketing, and loyalty programs - ensuring a consistent and customer-centric experience across all owned and paid channels. This is NOT a remote position

Location: Corporate Office - Edina, MN
Classification: Full Time Exempt
Rate of pay: $110,000 - $150,000 / year, based on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work required

Define and lead the digital content strategy across web, email, mobile, social and emerging channelsOversee content planning, creation, governance, and optimization to ensure brand consistency and qualityLead digital marketing strategy including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and social platformsOversee and evolve customer loyalty strategies and programs that drive retention, repeat purchase and valueServe as a strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning digital initiatives with broader enterprise prioritiesOur ideal candidate has:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications or related fieldA minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and/or customer engagementExperience driving personalization and customer lifecycle marketingA background in e-commerce, subscription, or data-driven consumer businessesMust be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
