A well-established residential and commercial electrical company in Richmond is looking for an Electrical Service Manager to lead their service operations and serve as the company's Qualifying Individual (QI) under Virginia DPOR. This isn't a tools-in-hand role - it's a leadership seat with real ownership over how the business operates in the field.

The Package

• Base salary $90K-$110K+ depending on experience
• Profit sharing + 401(k) with company match

What You'll Do

• Serve as the DPOR Qualifying Individual for the company's electrical license
• Lead, mentor, and audit journeymen and apprentices
• Oversee day-to-day service operations and coordinate inspections
• Be the go-to contact for customers, contractors, and municipal inspectors

What You Need

• Active Virginia Master Electrician License (DPOR)
• 8+ years of residential and commercial electrical experience
• Experience supervising crews or managing a service department
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
