Lead Teachers are fully responsible for the growth and achievement of the students in their class. There are 22-25 students per class in Matchs lower elementary program. The positions are based at our elementary school campus on 100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park. The salary range for teachers new to Match is $61,812-98,899 and is determined by the candidates prior years of full-time teaching experience. Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan repayment assistance.
