Full-time 40 hours/week Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Onsite Summary: The Associate Counsel is responsible for providing legal support and advice to the hospital and its affiliates under the guidance of senior legal personnel. This position requires a well-rounded attorney who can manage diverse legal issues. This position reports to the Vice President, Senior Associate Counsel position. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support various legal matters, including contract review, compliance and risk management issues and potential litigation. 2.
