• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Participate actively in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and industry insights.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Support the team in organizing and conducting open houses and property showings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
• Stay updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and recommendations.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to shared goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with the Minneapolis-St. Paul real estate market is advantageous, but not essential.
