Clinic: Mon Fri 8 AM 5 PM
Clinic Days per Provider: 4/week
Call: 1 in 4 ( 8 days/month)
24-Hour In-House Call: No
️ Response Time: 20 minutes
️ CNMs cover most weekends as 1st call
Low-Risk OB: 50%
️ High-Risk OB: 50%
️ C-Section Rate: 20%
Office GYN: 35%
Surgical GYN: N/A
️ Clinic Patients/Day:
Deliveries/Week: 6
️ Supervise CNMs: Collaborative (No formal supervision)
Support Team: 3 OB/GYNs 2 CNMs Virtual MFM RNs
Hospital Beds: 39
ICU Beds: 4
Trauma Level: III
Nursery Level: II (Transfers via "DocLine")
Exam Rooms: 13
Onsite Lab & Ultrasound (by tech)
EMR: Epic (Clinic + Hospital)
Teaching Duties: None
Obstetrics:
FHR Interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
Level I OB Ultrasounds
Vaginal & Complicated Deliveries
Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
Gynecology:
IUDs, Colposcopy, LEEP, Cryosurgery, Cystoscopy
Minor Laparoscopy (Tubal, LOA, etc.)
Ectopic Pregnancy, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA
Flights: Covered
Lodging: Covered
Car Rental: Reimbursed

All travel/lodging details must be submitted 4 weeks prior to start
Requirements Board Certified OB/GYN (ABMS/AOA) REQUIRED
Active CO License or IMLC Compact REQUIRED
Full-Time Availability (min. 3 weeks/month) REQUIRED
COVID Vaccination REQUIRED
