  • MFM: Call 8a-8a, 8a-5p M-F
  • MFM Dates: 10/27/25-11/2/25 on call 10/31,11/1,11/2 & 11/14/25-11/21/25 on call 11/14, 11/15, 11/16

Clinical Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff:
  • MFM: Clinic supported by 3 RNs, 5 sonographers, NP, CDCES
• Patients per Day: Outpatient varies 0-6
• Annual Deliveries: roughly 840
• Duties: support outpatient groups, non-delivering service, assist the OB hospitalist with c-sections, do phone consults, and emergency gyn work

Requirements:

• IL license required
• BC/BE in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Experience with high acuity patients, including multiple gestations
• Local physician preferred
