Technical Skills: Proficient with trade testing instruments (voltmeters, ammeters, meggers) and the operation of large tools (threading, hydraulic bending, and tugging equipment). Safety Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of NFPA 70E standards and proper ARC flash PPE. Certifications: Certified to operate boom and scissor lifts, with the ability to work comfortably at heights. Tools & Transport: Must possess basic hand tools, personal PPE, and a reliable, insured vehicle. Travel Flexibility: 100% comfortable working on the road full-time and operating unsupervised or with teams of 4-20 electricians. Quality Assurance Technician I Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze all wheat and flour product samples including the chemical testing of ingredients, mycotoxins, and pesticide residuals; the physical analysis of moistures, ashes, falling numbers (amylase activity in flour, sprout damage in wheat), flour stability, pH, and the visual observation of color and sensory observation of odors. Assure that products are safe and conform to all regulatory, internal, and customer standards.
