Position:Bilingual Leasing Agent

Location: Davie, FL

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: 1 year of leasing or related experience.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm (weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Conduct property and unit tours for prospective tenants.
2. Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media, and community outreach to attract tenants.
3. Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding availability, property features, and lease terms.
4. Address and resolve tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
6. Provide property managers with regular reports on occupancy rates, tenant turnover, and other key metrics.
7. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units and common areas remain well-maintained.
8. Manage lease renewals, communicating options and updates to tenants.
9. Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.
10. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and service requests.

Position Requirements:

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
4. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
5. Persuasive sales abilities to convert leads into leases.
6. Experience with property management software and office applications.
7. High attention to detail for record-keeping and lease management.
8. Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant concerns and property challenges.
