Location: Davie, FL
Pay: $20/hour
Experience: 1 year of leasing or related experience.
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm (weekends as needed)
HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Conduct property and unit tours for prospective tenants.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media, and community outreach to attract tenants.
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding availability, property features, and lease terms.
- Address and resolve tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Provide property managers with regular reports on occupancy rates, tenant turnover, and other key metrics.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units and common areas remain well-maintained.
- Manage lease renewals, communicating options and updates to tenants.
- Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and service requests.
Position Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Persuasive sales abilities to convert leads into leases.
- Experience with property management software and office applications.
- High attention to detail for record-keeping and lease management.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant concerns and property challenges.
