Position: Bilingual Assistant Property Manager

Location: Lady Lake, FL

Pay: $24$26/hour

Experience:

1. At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role is required.
2. Experience using Knock and Yardi required.

Type: Part-time; Temporary (4-Month Assignment)

Schedule: Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

1. Support daily property operations and administrative functions.
2. Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and move-in and move-out processes.
3. Respond to resident inquiries and concerns professionally in Spanish and English.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports using property management software.
5. Collaborate with the Property Manager and on-site team to ensure smooth operations.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.

1. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, temporary environment.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
