Pay: $20/hour

Experience: 1 year of leasing experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
2. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding unit availability, lease terms, and amenities.
3. Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media, and community outreach.
4. Guide applicants through the rental process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
5. Prepare and explain lease agreements, clarifying terms and conditions for new tenants.
6. Address and resolve tenant concerns in a professional and timely manner.
7. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
8. Provide reports on occupancy rates, tenant turnover, and other key metrics.
9. Manage lease renewals and communicate any changes in terms.
10. Conduct property inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety.
11. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
12. Enforce property rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when necessary.
13. Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.

Position Requirements:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
4. Persuasive sales skills to convert leads into signed leases.
5. Familiarity with property management software and office applications.
6. Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and lease management.
7. Problem-solving skills to handle tenant concerns and property challenges.
