Assignment : 3/2-3/12/26

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 6am to 4pm.

Scope: Will include, but not be limited to - Preventative Medicine PT

Support Staff: 1 NP, 2 RN's, Medical Receptionist, 1 PT (need), 1 Athletic Trainer

42309/B- Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Locum Role: Location: Liverpool

Assignment : 3/16-5/29/26

Schedule: M & F, 7a-4p; T & Th, 8a-5p; F, 10a-7p

Scope: Occupational Health w/DOT required

Requirements of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Locum role:

NY state license; active, unrestricted.

CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained - work and education)

Board Certification

DEA (in-hand)
