Family Practice Physician - Conyers, GA (Sign-on/Relocation Available)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) to provide exceptional primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and routine wellness visits.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Promote preventive health practices and patient education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
- Provide supervision and delegation to NPs and PAs as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient charts.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active state medical license (Georgia).
- Board certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine is required.
- New Graduates are also welcome
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Open to new graduates with appropriate board eligibility.
