Physician Nephrology
Location: North Dakota
Coverage Dates: March (ongoing coverage possible; will be discussed during interview)

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 8a 5p (40 hrs/week)

• 24/7 call for IP/ER + KDU

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient / Outpatient / KDU

• Two sites: Main campus in Minot + KDU coverage in Belcourt

Patient Volume:

• Time is blocked for inpatient rounding

• New consult volume varies based on ED and call needs

• Clinic consults mixed (consults + follow-ups); new clinic consults limited to necessity

Cases / Procedures:

• Open to discussion based on provider skill set

Support Staff:

• Clinic RN

• LPN

• Family Nurse Practitioner

Credentialing:

• days

EMR:

• Cerner

Requirements:

• ABIM Board Certified in Nephrology

• Active ND license OR IMLC LOQ in hand at submission
