THE OPPORTUNITY The Engineering Manager will be assigned to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Division within the Public Works and Engineering Department. This is a key management role responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and delivery of public infrastructure projects including roads, parks, and city facilities. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and contracts, and coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of the City's 5-Year Capital Improvement Program.
