While background experience in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, or Spine is preferred, recent graduates with relevant clinical rotations and strong local ties will be prioritized. Why Join This Team? Responsibilities and Duties Surgical First Assist: Provide first-assist support in the OR for orthopedic spine cases (3 days/week). Clinical Care: Manage clinic duties (2 days/week) including new patient consultations, post-operative follow-ups, and returning patient visits. Procedures: Perform hands-on office procedures, including injections. Collaboration: Work closely with excellent clinical support staff and other APPs to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications Licensure: Current or eligible for Nevada Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license. Experience: Experience in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, or Spine Surgery is ideal. New Graduates with relevant surgical rotations and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply. Local Ties: Candidates with ties to the Reno/Tahoe area will be given highest priority.
