Proven experience in RFQ, RFP, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, and Audio Visual sectors. 3. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations, as well as industry best practices. 4. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve contract disputes amicably. 5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. 6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization. 7. Proficiency in using contract management software and other related tools. 8. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
