A driven individual who excels in all areas of the wash facility. They serve as a model for customer service behaviors to their coworkers. They provide a clean environment for the workplace employees and the customers who visit. A Manager takes pride in the facility and provides support to Corporate staff by taking ownership in their duties and accomplishing all tasks asked of them in a timely manner. A Manager shows leadership and determination. They must willfully follow and enforce the rules and regulations set forth by Soft Suds, Inc. in the employee handbook.
