Position Overview
LCL Bulk Transport is seeking dependable, safety-driven CDL-A drivers forOver-the-Road and Dedicated routes. Drivers will deliver food-grade freightnationwide while enjoying strong pay, consistent miles, and driver-focusedsupport.
Pay & Home Time
- Top drivers earn average gross pay of $125,000+ per year
- Average gross pay of $90,000-$100,000 per year with potential to earn more
- Loaded miles starting at $0.66 CPM
- Six-week transition pay program
- OTR drivers home every 10-14 days (or stay out longer if preferred)
- Weekend premium pay after first solo load (included during transition pay)
- $12,500 sign-on bonus for new drivers, paid monthly while actively employed
- Border crossing pay for Canada-qualified drivers
- Unlimited driver referral bonus
- Quarterly safety bonus plus Driver of the Month and Driver of the Quarter incentives
Equipment & Driver Support
- Assigned late-model equipment
- Truck parking available at home
- XM radio, refrigerator, and inverter in every truck
- Paid orientation and paid tanker training ($250 per day)
- Tanker endorsement required (reimbursed upon hire)
- Passport and TWIC card beneficial (reimbursed if obtained after hire)
Driver Responsibilities
- Operate company equipment safely and professionally
- Maintain clean, efficient, and well-kept equipment
- Comply with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
- Accurately maintain ELD logs, trip reports, and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Plan routes efficiently to manage time and fuel usage

Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL issued in your state of residence
- Minimum of 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and ergonomic test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Clean MVR and strong safety record
