Job Opportunity: Product Specialist for Metrology Technology Company Location: MetLogix Inc., Manchester, NH USA Position Type: Full-Time / Some Travel for Training or Events Reporting To: General Manager Role Summary The Product Specialist plays a central role in supporting customers, distributors, and OEM partners through technical expertise, inside sales engagement, and responsive service. This position blends product knowledge, customer communication, and application support to ensure users get the most value from MetLogix solutions. You'll assist with product demonstrations, respond to technical inquiries, guide customers through application challenges, and support the commercial team with quoting, order management, and product training. Internally, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, product development, and customer service teams to keep information flowing and customer needs addressed.
