Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, safety-driven CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road and Regional routes, delivering excellence nationwide and within assigned regions.
What You'll Do
- Haul liquid products between drop yards and plant locations
- Operate modern, safety-equipped tanker equipment
- Remain compliant with DOT regulations and CORE48 procedures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and plan fuel-efficient routes
- Manage time effectively while delivering with professionalism
- Be on the road 6-14 days depending on route type
Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- 1+ years of verifiable driving experience
- Tanker endorsement preferred (must obtain prior to employment)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean MVR and PSP with no major violations in the past 3 years
- DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen required
Pay You Can Count On
Regional Drivers
- $0.49-$0.51 CPM
- Up to $1,325-$1,375 per week
- Home every 6-8 days
- $200 paid resets while on the road
- Monthly safety bonus: $0.05 CPM on all miles
- Layover and breakdown pay
- Paid holidays: $200 each (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
OTR Drivers
- $0.53-$0.55 CPM
- Up to $1,430-$1,485 per week
- Out 10-14 days at a time
- $200 paid resets while on the road
- Monthly safety bonus: $0.05 CPM on all miles
- Layover and breakdown pay
- Paid holidays: $200 each (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
