Job Description & Requirements Interventional Cardiology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25 This facility is seeking an Interventional Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday -Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Clinic Type of cases and required procedures:Balloon Angioplasties, Coronary Angioplasty, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), Heart Catheterization, Medical Management of Vascular Disease, Coronary Angiograms, Embolic Protection, and Atherectomy. Patient Demographics: Adults, 18+ Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days EMR:Cerner (Transition to Epic 6/2026) Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Licensure required: Iowa/ IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
