Hudson Companies is seeking a Construction Project Superintendent. This role is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors and crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Superintendent is also responsible for maintaining quality standards and addressing issues as they arise to keep projects moving efficiently.This position is a good fit for someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable making decisions in the field. At Hudson Companies, the work you do directly impacts the success of our projects and the clients.Compensation:$100,000 - $125,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Creating timescales and detailed schedulingUnderstanding costs and resources needed to deliver a projectFollowing the plans for the project to achieve each stage of the projectCommunicating with staff at every levelReporting daily and regularly on progress with the Project ManagerResolving any issues or delaysDemonstrating knowledge of all areas of constructionTravel will be required for this position within Western Pennsylvania and Eastern OhioQualifications:Proven experience as a SuperintendentIn-depth understanding of construction procedures and material management principlesProficient in understanding and reading blueprintsProficient in Survey and LayoutOSHA Safety and Required CertificationsFamiliarity with construction/management software, including ProCoreOutstanding communicationExcellent organizational and time-management skillsA team player with leadership abilities reporting to the Project ManagerStrong background in General ConstructionAbout CompanyWe are located in Greenville, PA, and are a local powersports dealership offering full service and resources.
