Position Highlights :

• 4-day work week with flexibility
• Established practice serving the community since 1976
• 2 Physicians and 1 NP on staff along with RNs and MAs to assist
• No Call!
• Collaborative environment with open door policy from leadership
• Open to providers commuting in for shifts

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary up to $180,000
• Incentive plan with No Cap
• Expected annual compensation of $200k+
• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Eligible for federal and state student loan repayment with HPSA score of 20
• 4 weeks of PTO, not including paid holidays!

Qualifications :

• Degree: MSN, DNP
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensure: California licensed or able to obtain license
• Skillset: Primary Care
• Experience: All experience will be considered
• Sponsorship: None
