Shift: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Job Summary:
- Provides clinical patient care with appropriate treatment.
- Evaluate patients and plan appropriate treatment.
- Revise treatment program as goals are met.
- Provide instruction/teaching to patients and/or family members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care, document patient progress, and facilitate discharge with referrals/education.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide care including IV management, pain control, ventilator support, cardiac monitoring, and more.
- Assist in procedures (e.g., thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, central line placement).
- Collaborate with support services like respiratory therapy, dietitians, and pharmacy.
