Department: Administration


Job Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role oversees administrative tasks, support staff, manages office supplies and vendors, and helps ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee the order entry process by maintaining schedules for production

Check inventory levels to ensure availability for finished goods

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and the general public

Act as a liaison between outside sales representatives and the customer service team

Provide general administrative and operational support for the company

Performs other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize tasks

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to learn the organization's systems


Education and Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role within manufacturing

2-5 years of administrative or office support experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, data management, etc. is preferred, but not required

NetSuite experience preferred


Physical Requirements:

Prolonged period sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

Must be able to access various departments of a given location
