• Supervision: Independent CRNA practice (no MD supervision - autonomous role)

CRNA Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license (RN) and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Minimum 1 year of recent CRNA experience preferred
• Willing to obtain Tennessee RN and CRNA licensure if not currently held

CRNA Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
• Induce, maintain, and manage emergence from anesthesia for general, neuro, and orthopedic cases
• Monitor and document patients' physiological status throughout surgical procedures
• Provide clinical interventions to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with surgical and perioperative healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
