Physician / Family Practice / Illinois / Permanent / Physician Job

-Join an excellent group of 3 Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
-Office is adjacent to Medical Center, 150 bed Community Based Hospital.
-Most providers work 4.5 days a week.
-New Physician will have 3 exam rooms and an office.
-The Physician and NP share RN and MAs.-Outpatient Only
-Team Based Care
-See 20-24 patients per day
-See Newborns Geriatrics
