Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Engineering Manager to join their corporate team in the Cookeville, TN area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the quality department and providing oversight to engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other support staff.
- Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
- Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
- Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
- Providing support to the company's other regional sites when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of quality engineering experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience, preferably within quality, engineering, or operations.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- Annual salary in the 120k-140k range
