Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
About Our Client

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor with clients and colleagues
- Uphold high standards of punctuality, professionalism, and client care
- Demonstrate strong sales drive and consistently exceed performance targets
- Follow up on warm leads and close new business efficiently and effectively
- Accurately document activities and maintain updated client records
Requirements:
- Prefer to have an active health insurance license (2-15, 2-40, 215, or 240)
- At least six months of experience in health insurance sales, or proven track record in high-stakes sales environments
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and drive to excel in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to professionally represent both our client and Worxweb Solutions
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay: $500 vs. commission draw (whichever is greater)
- Average weekly earnings: $1,000-$2,500, with significant upside potential based on performance
