Position: Health Insurance Agent

Location: Boca Raton, FL 33432

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About Our Client

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor with clients and colleagues
  • Uphold high standards of punctuality, professionalism, and client care
  • Demonstrate strong sales drive and consistently exceed performance targets
  • Follow up on warm leads and close new business efficiently and effectively
  • Accurately document activities and maintain updated client records

Requirements:

  • Prefer to have an active health insurance license (2-15, 2-40, 215, or 240)
  • At least six months of experience in health insurance sales, or proven track record in high-stakes sales environments
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and drive to excel in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to professionally represent both our client and Worxweb Solutions

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base pay: $500 vs. commission draw (whichever is greater)
  • Average weekly earnings: $1,000-$2,500, with significant upside potential based on performance
